    Hi Nicola I’d love to come to your Wellington June 24 sourdough workshop. We might have enough people for another class!!! Please add me to your list. I have your book. Have just made the coconut yoghurt and I already make my own kombucha. Love fermentation – need to add bread to my repertoire. Fingers crossed.

      Hi Linda, I will add you to the waiting list. Unfortunately I won’t be able to fit in another class on the 24th as I am just over for a few days and have other commitments. But I will try and fit in another trip later in the year.
      That is great. Bread making is a bit of a learning curve but once you have it mastered there is so much you can make with the starter. It can be rather addictive too! I will keep you posted.
